SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING AND HANDLING: RMB Sports ships anywhere within the lower 48 states, Alaska and Hawaii via UPS Ground.  Most orders will ship within two days but may take up to 5 days depending on stock . Please call ahead if you need a rush on an order to ensure the possibility of getting it on time. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation unless otherwise requested.

 

NON-RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE: All autographed items are non returnable. Due to the nature of this industry and the possibility of forgery, there are no exceptions to this rule. If you have an issue with your autographed item, you will need to email us at Ryan@rmbsports.com with a photo of the item of concern within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS: We do everything in our power to avoid this situation at all costs however with the nature of the business athlete cancelations do happen from time to time. Most of the time we are able to reschedule the session. If this is ever the case we will reach out to you and keep you informed of developments. We will cancel your order only if the item has not shipped.
